Now trading under cash level ($1,70). Market is not giving any premium to MEIP pipeline.

Helsinn stake in MEIP is at $1,91 pps.

Anyway analysts downgraded MEIP after phase ii failed in March 2015 (Roth downgraded from $14 to $2,5), but now that phase ii has been successfully passed they didn't update their PT.

Updating their PT they should also take care about Helsinn deal, considering that Helsinn will pay all phase iii for pracinostat.
