Celect is pleased to announce that full product support and client
service has been restored. You will not need to change your vendor
information. Celect will remain your vendor. Existing price structure
and terms will be honored.
As many of you may know, Celect was placed under the protection
of a court appointed Receiver on March 15, 2011. All Celect
employees were terminated and Celect functioned on a limited basis.
The Celect product set has been sold to AII Web Network, Inc. in
partnership with NCS, Inc. NCS was founded in 1915 and has a
proven history of excellence in management and customer service.
Your loyalty to Celect has been greatly appreciated and we extend
a warm welcome to our family of over 30,000 customers. Our
primary concern is the resolution of any customer service or billing
issues that are outstanding.
For those clients that felt the need to move their website to another
provider, we hope to be able to serve you again in the future. Your
website will be archived and can be restored quickly at a minimal
cost. The Celect solution continues to be the superior choice, and
the software has proven to be extremely reliable. More than 200
million hits were made thru the 1800+ customer websites without
a single software failure during the 7 months the company was
in receivership.
Some key former employees have joined our organization and
customer service has been restored. The web pay function will be
restored shortly with some enhancements. NCS has processed
more than $250 million in online payments for nonprofit
organizations. You will receive notification when this feature has
been restored. Please visit the Contact page of our web site for
information about contacting sales and service.
