It was a hard but necessary and smart move for the company to take a step back and reorganize. When we were trading at multi pennies, company wasnt in good shape and was running too fast reaching over 40 stores and still losing money. No banks or investors wanted to touch spmi imo and hard to push expansion through without financing. by taking a step back pretty much saved this company and in better position to move forward and easier to get those financing to move forward with its business plans and other opportunities.
