PLACERVILLE, CA, Jan. 4, 2017 /PRNewswire/ - Anything Technologies Media, Inc. (OTC: EXMT) has announced that the company has successfully restructured ISGP. EXMT formed a joint venture partnership with International Sustainability Group, Inc. (OTC: ISGP) on October 14, 2015., after the joint venture the company agreed to take control over ISGP making ISGP a subsidiary of EXMT. Because of their mutually complementary business platforms ISGP and EXMT agreed to restructure International Sustainability Group in order to develop, produce, manufacture and distribute Algae protein bars and new Hemp Based CBD infused bars, that are legal in all 50 states.
Anything Technologies Media has appointed Mr. Richard Wilson as the President of International Sustainability Group, Inc. The company also appointed new officers and board of directors on October 28, 2016. Mr. Wilson appointed John Drury as Secretary and Treasurer of International Sustainability Group, Inc. respectively. Further, Mr. Wilson reappointed Mr. Benny Tillman as the board of directors and Dr. Surajit Khanna as the advisor to the board of International Sustainability Group, Inc. Also, EXMT has officially terminated all interim board of directors and management positions effective October 28, 2016.
Mr. Wilson established the manufacturing, distribution of nutritional energy bars with DFS Development, LLC. and Anything Technologies Media will market and use its relationships with major retailers to sell and distribute the bars. Both companies will co-market the bar using its media and marketing capabilities to enhance the exposure of the bar to all its marketing channels. International Sustainability Group, Inc. will function and operate as wholly owned subsidiary of Anything Technologies Media, Inc. International Sustainability Group, Inc. will keep its operation in Pennsylvania at Malvern area.
