Nobody disagrees that the company had management issues and was mis managed. I agree that they do need to start to look for an addition to the management team as soon as the audit is done and back on track. As for saying there have been nothing but failures .. I disagree. It's tough to be an R&D company. It takes time and failures to eventually come to a success. Every success was driving by failures. And time will tell. There is still a lot of interest in the cyclone engines. And many company willing to put up large sums of money to get the engine to market. My opinion is that we are very close to seeing this or else why would the company care about bringing the financial up to date ??

Yes. They missed 2 years of filings. Hence the reasons it's taking so long. The auditors and attorneys were paid in full in August. To complete the job of filing all the reports and bring the company current. It's out of cyclones hands. They did there part by supplying all the info and backup and making the payments. They have zero reason to pay for it and then delay it.
Absolutely the stupidest thing you could say is that they don't want it done as soon as possible since they were the ones who paid for it. If they wanted to delay or not do it. Then cyclone would not have hired everyone.
As for " what to do " ??? They are doing it.

CYCLONE DID NOT RESPOND TO THIS:

I will try to respond to the points you are making. Not only has this company been mismanaged in the past. it is being mismanaged in the present. The present CEO has done nothing for the stock price or the bottom line. Cyclone started as a limited liability partnership in Florida in 2004. It may take time, but if you are an R&D company that has not developed a marketable product in over 10 years something is seriously wrong.I say there has been nothing but failures and you disagree. Please tell me what you consider to be a Cyclone R&D success.

There are no U.S.companies interested in this engine and none is willing to put up large sums of money, because the engine has been proven to be technically flawed. It has been proven by the University of Ohio that the spider bearing does not work and water lubrication can not work.

They may want to bring the financials up to date in order to have a shell company to sell.
