Your assumption is incorrect.

This is a penny scam. No one is going to jail, because, well anyone who invested took on the pink otc risk that goes with penny stocks.

Just because this is an OTC stock doesn’t mean the CEO and owner can deliberately post fraudulent news to mislead investors or pump the price.

I’ve spent several hours recently talking to FINRA and SEC, who both assured me that fraud is not simply overlooked on non-reporting stocks.
BUT, they must receive complaints before they can act - they don’t know fraud has been committed if no one reports it.
