Why do you need to raise capital? How about generating it? I doubt that there is 1.9 million in the bank with a 2.47 million loss,otherwise they could cash out that investor for 20k??? Sounds like the company needs an official audit.. and with that kind of loss randall will still give himself the annual bonus for this kind of performance?. Get a copy of the ferc license and I'd tend to go long.
