Your shares are trading in the mid-$5 range so the offering goes out at $4 per. Nothing like a rally killer. Looks like management got a few free shares as well for a job "well done".

I don't think this stock is worth $1 per share but if I were to lay a bet down today, I'd go long, hoping for the bounce from $4 to $5 again. The macro environment is strong, the sector is hot, and this company's stock has a history of defying gravity.

Long-term, I think this stock is a loser. Company probably is as well.
