Why a r/s? He owns a billion shares or something of the commons/restricted.

Have him cancel those for the benefit of the shareholders/share structure...the float is tradeable.

Have him wipe out a bunch of the a/s, and then start making info available and we can trade the stock.

If he wants to later, he can give himself some shares, or better yet, buy them down here.

Cancel shares, make info available thru p/r's, get current...

Everyone wins, right?
