They didn't buy, they were given the shares/control in lieu of debt owed. The company is a massive Harmon P and D, massive failure, multiple, massive RS, pumps, etc...not unlike GNIN, another Harmon raping. Closer to mandatory delisting than actual trading interest in the company.
