I'm a little confused about some of the accusations that I read about HHSE. If even 10% of what folks claim were true why aren't there shareholder suits left and right for fraud?

All I see is consistent quarterly earnings, move to new and nice headquarters, refocusing to more profitable business activity, retention of senior industry executive(s), NO stock dilution, etc.

Am I missing something or is it possible all of the accusations are just total garbage put out by manipulators? Doesn't the company have an ongoing investigation in place for that?
