What proof is there that there are any concentrates in a warehouse anywhere, controlled by this company? The whole thing sounds preposterous. As you point out, if the concentrates really have value, sell them and fund the company for several years....instead of diluting the market with more shares. There are ready buyers for precious metal concentrates, there is no excuse for stashing them away in a warehouse.

And, if one of the three-letter Federal agencies is looking into this, it should be a simple matter to subpoena ECPN's records and require a deposition attesting to the existence of these concentrates, and to their value. I encourage them to put an end to this charade, which has ripped off investors for a decade.

Yup, the only reason the AS gets bumped up is to allow further share sales. It will only accelerate as time goes on. Next bump is to 1 billion. Then, 5 billion as this POS hits the trips.
