I think when you see the higher volume and down days it is probably someone shorting who plans to buy shares from the company to replace them. Didn't all those other shares they had sold a few years back just get registered and now can be sold? People may be trying to get that done before year end depending on their tax situation. It's really not down much from the 2 area it was hanging around before the RS. Even at 4.50 that still would be 1.50. I think the recently registered shares were sold around 1 so 3 should be a floor if they all decide to sell. I suspect Andy will be firing up another shareholder letter shortly.
