There is little doubt that much of what JL posts herein is somewhat embellished and very much slanted as well as overstated and not guaranteed to be completely straight forward as it relates to possible outcomes.

Sooooooooooo, over the years I have gotten to think that even if 25% were true we would eventually have some sort of success.

It has not worked out well for us thus far.

JL stated in phone conversation with the BCSC that CMN were court ordered to hand over all data to him on the Mina Pascua project? I would think that request was to have the data turned in to the courts for review on the ownership claims of both parties so the courts would finally have the evidence in hand from CMN to clear this case up once and for all.

We have had no further news as to whether this data has been provided to the courts or otherwise.This action is critical to any further success we can get from the courts on the Barrick Fraud at Pascua Lama.
