IMO, by the judge allowing the case to be pushed back a year, he doesn't think it's very strong. If he thought the case was a strong one, he would have got it done. NOW!

Our only hope here is a revenue increase by XA which we haven't heard about in a long time and gaming. Gaming is another short term disappointment but will someday have revs. We hope.
