Bernny2-I do own motor vehicle and do know that dyno valve improve milage and reduce emissions. Now the fundamental question is why it is not installed in mass after 15-20 years of research and no one is interested in buying in sizable quantities?
Are they all dumb? How many people you insist to call that 714 number, instead why don't company come out and tell share holders what's going on and when can they have their hard earned money back that was invested in company?

Do you understand how much time they took to get current just before SEC shuts them down? Since then, 6 more quarters went without filling. To catch up these 6 quarters, do you know how much time company will take?
