The key female judge said you lost and even felt sorry for your lawyer who agreed with her that he would not have wanted to be the lawyer who argued the original patents so poorly and made a HUGE disclaimer of patent scope. The judge even felt it was unnecessary YET IT WAS DONE. She gave him an opportunity to respond after she pointed out your case was sunk because she said she felt bad ending on such a bad note for your case.
