But that's kinda the issue...lots of promises never delivered.

Nothing is coming.

Whether it was the summer of 2015 or Aug/Sept of this year and the great things come "Oct 31"....that then slipped into a series of excuses and "delays"....finally with the last ridiculous promise of some SEC filings in a "few weeks"...even though ELGL is not an SEC filer.

So it appears that like 2015, 2016 came and will go with Merle and Kaiser gone back into their hole...as the stock slowly becomes illiquid.

There are no "billions" in assets.
