Thoughts.

The company has not given us any reason not to be skeptical. As been mentioned, no real results in years and very odd wording when representing results.

Last time they fell below $1 they waited a whole year before doing a RS so to say they are "about" to do one is premature. They very may well but not anytime soon. Also given the fact the stock has jumped around from $1 to $3 shows there is some demand and is extremely volatile so it wouldn't be impossible for this to randomly shoot up past $1.

The stock is so low that if anything shows any signs of good results this will fly. So it comes down to if anyone is willing to risk it for the reward, it may fail but if it doesn't it will show large gains.
