Hweb- A Lie ? Flagged by the SEC ?
Hweb, do you know the definition of a lie ? Well here it is...
" A lie is a statement that the stating party believes to be false and that is made with the intention to deceive. " Wikipedia
# 1, I did not know the statement I made to be false, and #2 I made the statement with no intention to deceive. In fact after you pointed out I couldn't have owned the stock on Dec 6, I looked it up, and gave the exact dates of my buys and sells. Mainly though, my statement on Dec 6, that it "wasn't me selling NAII" that day wasn't a lie either- it was the truth. The omission of not telling you I had sold it previously may not have been right in your opinion, but that's besides the point.
Now about the SEC flagging me...
For what reason ? Is it illegal to buy $300K-$500K of GV, PCMI, NAII, AAOI, MEET, AGM, AGX,LCI, HZNP,- they are all smallcaps ? If it's not illegal, why would the SEC care ?
