I looked at the 13g's and the way I read them it is saying they ADDED 29,026,281 shares which if you include the 2,439,908 they got in January of 2014 gives them an even 10% of the company.

You might want to check it again.

I'm waiting for the 13g from Breakthrough Energy Ventures, Bill Gates & pals.
