$$ XCLL $$$---Isn't this pretty much the way it is for any stock, whether it's NASDAQ or penny?----they are ALL a gamble/risk, and XCLL is worth taking that risk....I've been holding millions at .0002, since early this year, and will continue to hold---once the ban is lifted, which can be ANY DAY now, this will be a big payoff.....you can best believe, China want those $$$$$ from gamblers, BIGTIME!
