From just basic DD HADV acquired Hantian Labs Limited and JT Hantian LLC in Sept for 15,000,000 shares. Hantian Labs Limited sells supplements in Canada and Europe with about 1 million is sales annually. JT Hantian LLC just launch the sales effort in July 2016 in the U.S. The sale of 1/2 the shares may account for the drop in PPS beginning on 11/18/16 about 7 million shares traded. So, 1/2 were sold IMO. Low float and new sales may work for HADV. We need some filings to get a better picture. I think they also have the formula rights for a bunch of generic pharmaceuticals.
