Thanks HandH, seems inconceivable that the scam could be so far reaching looking back on those(?) promotions the SEC referenced.
Is it possible Martin Nielson tried to make a go of it as well as having a prepared personal exit plan if things went south?

Going back to the original promotions; Panos was involved in as per SEC doc but were da various players aware, hapless stooges and/or M. Nielson ceo trying to make a legitimate go of it?. It looks like some are still in business including Nielson.
