If I am correct in outcome of today's arguments , we will hopefully see Judge Mitchell take the motions under advisement and rule in January. All one needs to do is go to the courthouse and read the motions and they will see what the court is faced with. I was wrong about the verdict but not wrong about all the things that went wrong in providing a fair trial that led to the verdict??. The judge could not see that then but will see it now. The jury ruled then on character assassination of Iehab instead of the facts. Wake up at 5:30 am central time tomorrow and read the docket for yourself.
