Did you read anything aside from the headlines. If you read the articles you will see that the new coding has nothing to do with the legality. The DEA is now enforcing the fact that CBD is a Schedule 1 substance (it always has been, they are just enforcing it now), per the Federal Government, which means you can't take it across state lines, and if you have been, you are trafficking drugs according to the DEA. You see, the Feds are angry so they close the loopholes. There are not nearly enough people in Florida to support ETST's outlandish market cap.

Everybody should make their own decisions, I just find it humorous that everyone is walking around high fiving eachother because all they do is read what the principals and promoters want them to see regarding ETST. Stop acting like sheep people!
