dgly out of money VERY soon and then will issue MORE shares

and dilute the float

the 3 patent lawsuits are not going as fast as hoped and are taking years longer

and the magical buyout - OOPS NEVER HAPPENED

So I see DGLY in the $3 range soon and depending on how many shares they issue they might go to $2


interesting thing, DGLY sent subpoena to a bunch of major cities
- this may backfire as these cities WON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH DGLY IN THE FUTURE
