Yes, it seems Alan is hiding under a rock right now. He came in with a source and left with the sound of crickets. He is a very bad judge of character, and I experienced this first hand when we first crossed paths. I'm a great profiler of people if I do say so myself. From logic alone, elaborated on a few posts prior, we could see the fallacy of such a proposal. It would be impossible to fabricate something like that. Just illogical before it got off the ground.
Alan, not sure if you noticed, but HLIX filed with the SEC last week. I have learned absolutely nothing new, except the mystry of Paul, our BOD, is now known. What an impressive ehistory. The only unknown, which was irrelevant to the decision making process, is now known. And it's good! Paul Hodges is exposed! Oh, and he was one of the funders too. That's a nice deal with no stipulations.
So, Alan, can you please point to what's in this fiiling tha tmy research didn't already uncover? They have exhibits in their which I have posted on this board somewhere. That "third-grade" accounting is the same in this SEC filing. Even filed by the same accountants -- BG whatever.... What's in here that you need to make a decision on when I brought you this company on a silver platter for your 420 investors? A stock they missed a 700% run on becaue of you, I might add.
You know what I need, Alan? I need access to 420 with impunity. I'll run a board on your site with free membership as long as I can overrule you. And I'll let them know what's good and what's not. Although, I don't wan to be limited to just 420.
