This Information Statement is being furnished in connection with action taken by shareholders holding a majority of the voting power of our Company. On or about December 6, 2016, three of our shareholders, owning 66,667 shares of common stock, or approximately 52% of the total outstanding shares, on the record date, approved an amendment to our articles of incorporation to;

- Amend our Articles of Incorporation to change our corporate name from Allied Ventures Holdings Corp. to Longwen Group Corp. (the "Charter Amendment").
