IF KK was paying debt holders with the discounted shares available and IF the debt holders were dumping their shares at any PPS to get their cash -- we would have a constant ZERO BID; I do not see an alternative. Before we jump to a post hoc ergo propter hoc fallacy we need to be cautious. That said -- this is a different scenario than we have seen before.
