KATX last otcmaarkets.com financial filing was 2015 ANNUAL report. Missing 2016 Q1, Q2 and Q3 Will KATX file the 2016 delinquent quarterly reports and the ANNUAL REPORT DUE March 1 2017 ?

BTW, the KATX website has been down for a few weeks. Doubtful it is because they are updating web content.


Wonder if they are selling the KATX shell just like they did for KAT Gold.
