I am holding on. It's called investing and it everything is real they can get set up with law enforcement, hospitals, prisons and even work places. $5.00 is a 250 million market cap. Sounds high but if city's and states with private companies jump on board it may do well. My concern is as an otc stick how does the news get out? You would want some big investment to come in and know one knows bicb is out there. But there are many other companies trying to do the same and the trade with higher volume. Last I would like to say thank you to both of you and all the information you have given me.
