I think you're right Mirk! "Think Revs come before EOY 2016"

If they happen at all. Still not a lock but I believe they will follow through because that's what they need to become eligible for the up-listing!

However,,, Please disregard the post you responded to because we've since found out that Oringer is not involved. VERT somehow got a hold of his shell Pixel Holdings out of Delaware. That we've confirmed but Oringer appears to have been compensated & is not directly involved!

In any event all well that ends well & PixelMags is a lock to up-list as far as I'm concerned.
