hello, I see pumping has resumed on this. FUNNY. and the so called DD even FUNNIER ! Allow me to install some FACTS as to LBAS. It's history, and financial position. Anyone can see they no longer are a fully reporting company. In fact they haven't filed SEC financials in YEARS ! tO PRESERVE CAPITAL. lol. The facts are: LBAS is 11 years old. Has spent $60 MILLION. Mostly on insiders and family pay. They have NO SALES as dave morse CEO plainly states. Sales were stopped due to 2G product no longer supported on ANY NETWORK ! Dave claims they will roll out a 3G next year. OBSOLETE !! all
networks are going 4G. No matter as LBAS is at least $17 MILLION in debt and growing. SCALISI is no longer listed as the TECH was developed for SKYBELL.
A PRIVATE LLC. Produced from LBAS tech. No matter anyway. And the recent JV
is with a foreign co. who has a USA op, and their OWN tracker. This has always been a insiders only gain operation. Bagholders have lost 99%. And this has been sub-penny for well over a year. A few MILLION shares is worth what....PEANUTS. The MM is PAID by LBAS to swing trades with it's dealers in an attempt to sqweeeeze a few bucks. There exists NO demand for shares as this SCAM is waaaay too long in the tooth. And no outsider can trade this for a profit. Why? Because there is no outside buyers. And as to product or revenues....I've explained why there is none. Read ALL the negative reviews at Amazon. Apple kicked them out. Crutchfield's too Soon best buy will also.
Selling obsolete bricks is fraud. But hey P T Barnum was right. And LBAS is a CON. A SCAM. AND ALWAYS HAS BEEN. Pump and Dump. ALWAYS. NO UPSIDE POTENTIAL AT ALL.
