Accuracy aside, my goal is to have the SEC stroke a check in restitution for the lack of regulatory oversight which allowed the theft of shareholder money.
I'm happy with the sec getting under Blackburn fingernails but chances are he is going to claim he is broke so it will be akin to the gold mans versus OJ.
The truth of the matter is the SEC has allowed the theft of trillions of dollars via NSS
I just talked to a guy who said he retired at 61 as a banker because the " heat is on"
I could tell by looking at him he was a thief who is running while the running is good.
