I think she realizes the world knows what the SEC been hiding. It's not going to be a pretty picture for the SEC in the next few years as the fraud gets exposed.
Like I had stated, if Treaty makes too much noise, the SEC is likely to settle for the 33 mm (times three ) in order to keep a lid on the fraudski.
There is going to be disgorgement alright , and the SEC is going to be delivering pallets of cash to NOLA.
