Roadway Express was a great company. Upper Management sold out to Yellow and destroyed a good thing. Sad.

"Terrible leadership. Unethical treatment of employees. Leadership does not make sure the right thing happens for the hard working people of this company. Communication is extremely dysfunctional. My experience was one that could have resulted in a strong lawsuit but decided it was not worth my time/resources to waste any further on this company."

Toxic senior management. Union environment. Dirty place to work. Dying company. No meaningful training. Old IT and old infrastructure. Zero tolerance for mistakes. Perhaps the most hostile work environment I have ever worked in. I left as quickly as I could. Horrible, miserable place. Threatened daily, very abusive. Slave hours. Now I know why they cannot keep managers. They quit!
Advice to Management
You lose 15 junior managers in 2 years? Maybe the problem is you, not them!"
