That Ruppert problems been here for along time now. Last time NGCG was at this level, it hit .0009 then moved slowly back up to .0058. Was unable to break that level, because needed news never dropped. Has you can see NGCG isn't dropping into the triple zeros, this very well could climb to a half a penny again.
