Ok well that is confusing, especially to new board members or anyone new to the stock. When you guys say "warrant sellers" it makes me, and I imagine most other people, think warrants are being sold/exercised.

Yes I agree, the shareholders with warrants that are selling their shares have definitely damaged the PPS. I believe you are referring to the institutions that have been selling their shares from the most recent private offering. And yes they are warrant holders. If it were me, I would refer to this selling as the institutional sellers or the institutions selling their placement or just the sellers. I just would not say "warrant sellers" or "warrant holders" when referring to selling shares.

Please understand im not trying to split hairs here or be critical of terminology for the sake of "correctness". I just think that there are many things with Cytodyn and PRO-140 that are maybe a little more complex than other investments and im hoping as a board we can help to make things a little clearer for new investors.
