No no, I understand a buyback by the company which would be company funds derived one day from revenue or other is way way down the line the buyout we talked about which is so far down the line , as we can't even get people to buy a couple shares of stock in company, sponsor our t ornaments, or new investors to fund us , let alone buy the whole company.

A share buyback would be the company using company money not insiders using their personal money or management using their personal money, and I guess that's what I'm having a difficulty in understanding why those individuals based on the value of our stock are not investing in it. Maybe not the supposed insiders who are also contractually obligated to fund us for maybe they don't have any money but don't you think mgt should will be able to buy shares on the Open Market Common shares if this was as lucrative and has the potential that we most of us thinks it does?

Vick has made it a point on a few different occasions and not one insider owns one common share of stock.

I understand your point but when people buy for their personal investment value and just because they are management or insiders it does not constitute a share buyback by the company.

Would it not be a sign of confidence for the stock for the shareholders if we saw the management or insiders purchasing stock?

Of course I do not know all of their financial situation so far be it from me to imply the fact that if they are not buying is a negative sign yet if they are it would be a positive sign none the less.
