I think CCEL will eventually go private, mainly because of the share buybacks they have offered.

They could want to take CBAI with them......any buyer could save a lot of $$$ that choose to take them private.

There's no reason at all for CBAI to be a public co now, unless of course they would need, or want to raise money.
