Meeting Date, Location and Purposes

Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting will be held at 119 Pinewood Trail, Mississauga, Ontario L5G 2L2, on Thursday, December 29, 2016, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. (local time) (the “Meeting Date”), for the following purposes:

1. Election of Directors;

2. Appointment of Auditors and authorization of the Directors to fix their remuneration; and

Proxies to be used at the Annual Meeting must be deposited with the Company c/o TSX Trust Company. (“TSX Trust”) by mail to the address on the envelope provided herewith, or by personal delivery to 200 University Avenue, Suite 300, Toronto, Ontario, M5H 4H1, no later than 10:00 a.m. (local time) on Friday, December 23, 2016 (the “Proxy Deposit Date”).
