Fabius.......I agree with your assertions regarding the short interest. I think its the same game as Sprot plays but on a larger scale. A lot of larger corps do the same thing. the short against their core holdings as Insurance against negative news. they are willing to accept smaller percentages of gains by off setting their capital gains by taking losses with covering short. they don't need that 100% gain they are happy with 50% as they take a loss on the short side covering. likewise that short position then insures then against looking at 100% losses when the stock price goes down. In this case I do believe they were playing the flop and then using profits to buy additional shares. My guess is, they are purposefully shorting now. why? to create that larger short squeeze on the news. if you have a large position in a low float stock and you want to be able to cash out. how do you do that without tanking the stock? you got to create interest and get others to buy in. the only way to do that is create a sensation. if this stock pops from $3 to $7 in one day would that attract attention? probably. I personally think that is the game that is currently being played. do I agree with it? NO. I would rather build value. each time we get great news hitting hew highs and creating new base lines. knowing what we know about the company and the revenue its now generating, we should easily be at $7 now and then once Rexista gets partnered it could easily hit $10 to $12 depending on the value and then possibly hit $15 to $17 upon approval based on another payment.

I do not not see those prices being obtained with the current games. I see it languishing here. Pop to $7 or possibly $8 on partnership but then as they try and take profits we will be back to a level around $5. Just my feeling because we never really seem to build. we take 3 steps forward and 2 steps back. you realize we are sitting where we were in February after Keppra was approved? and look what positive things came out since then. No food effect on Rexista. Partnership on 3 ANDA's with huge amounts. another Approval set to take off in May. filing of Rexista and now a week or two away from Podras patent. and we are sitting where we were after Keppra. Sad really.
