$DPHS the very definition of low float

66,667 Restricted shares for new CEO and COO
That leaves ~60,000 float!

I believe this company has over $2,000,000 in net profit at end of year which puts revenue much higher.

The new company that bought the restricted shares is Longwen Group with Xi Zhen Ye and Keith Wong as the officers for several Chinese companies under their control.

Currently under the radar but charts show accumulation

It only costs about $1500 to grab 1% of this merger right now

Even with PPS at $1.9 it's extremely undervalued. The Market Cap is only $240,000 :)
