There was no fraud and nothing for which to bust Mr. Adelstein or Mr. Scivoletto. Walthers let the Patent go and used the funds meant for it for his own personal pleasure.

If shareholders want sue to get some money back, they can start by suing Walthers for malfeasance. They do have that right.
