IMO, I think someone has hypothecated the oil properties, that is, taken a huge loan against the oil/gas and leave it capped in the ground, as collateral. Once the loan is paid off, or the price of oil gets too high not to pull it out of the ground, it will stay-put as collateral. This is only my guess, so sooner or later I believe it will be pulled out the ground. This may be why MGLG is in hibernation, sleeping for now, but alive. Hang tough everyone.
