You short here brother?? LOL seems like a lot of energy put into convincing me that this is a bad investment.

Why have I not considered your suggestion as a viable option you ask?? Because if they wanted to just dump shares in a share selling scam like so many of the tickers on the OTC, they could sell a hell of a lot more shares by simply issuing a press release indicating a plan for reinstatement and then dump a massive amount of shares on the market. But instead, they quietly file an NT.

If filing that NT was actually designed to allow them to dump shares, then that would be pretty pathetic in my estimation. I've been trading long enough to know when a stock is being loaded versus insiders dumping shares with no substance to back it up, and I am convinced that the former dynamic is at play here. But I wish you all the best in your naysaying endeavors.
