If your alcohol theory is true, how did he survive Russia as ambassador for several years?

It might be interesting to see how many other penny stock scams he's been part of - perhaps he found that being a Director on scam stocks was more profitable than being ambassador.

I read the comments here about Quebec being ground zero for scammery the other day, that's what made me perk up a bit when I saw he had a Quebec address.
