All the distortions, innuendo and false facts about PTOI have failed to kill the company. Can anyone explain why this company is still alive and awaiting the finalization of processor sales by Heddle?

It would be wise to decide whether one believes the founder or whether one does not. It is a contradiction to believe only those things(e.g. he sold his shares) which are convenient.

and by the way... heat transfer fluid is used in "chemical recycling", just as cleaning up dirty old and removing the sulphur is a subset of same.

Of course, the New York Dept. of Environmental Conservation issuing multi-year permits was not about "belief" but rather scientific facts, demonstrated through thorough testing.
