my use of CE references a colluding entity .. as in NON RETAIL

the kind who make PTOI's UC (undercut) ask .. the prior elastic bid .. ;)

and yep .. CEs' are absolutely CONcerned *entities* .. due to PTOI not having a blown out IO/SS in 2016
after CEs' relentless compression via illegal wash trading .. *just* since last Q of 2013 .. when P2O (co)
was wrested back and current CEO infused $Millions$

it's why CEs' need to *compress via resets* back to last *round* of resets (notably done when LL's
first $100,000 was sourced in August 2016) ..
